MY WAY
Born in 1984 in Soviet Russia near Moscow's space control center, my life has been a journey of constant change, movement, and transformation—marked by immigration, self-discovery, and a relentless curiosity that drives everything I do.
From a fearful, introverted child dissociated from my body to a grounded yoga teacher in Zurich, Switzerland, my story is one of embracing movement in all its forms: moving forward through life's upheavals, moving my body with intention, and inspiring movement in others.
My love for exploration has remained my constant anchor, making me uniquely equipped to guide busy professionals toward inner calm amid demanding lives.
Teaching experience
By beginning of 2024 I have taught around 300 group classes and accompanied four individuals in private lessons.

Even if most of my classes take place in studios, a part of them were taught hybrid or online, and some outdoors.
​
Aside my regular classes, I substituted various teachers in studios Bubble Yoga, Downdog, Templeshape, MyYoga, Fitnesspark and AktivFitness.
​
Most of my classes are in my speciality Hatha yoga, but I also teach Power yoga, Ashtanga inspired yoga, yoga on a chair and yoga for seniors. Even if I don't have specialization in pregnancy yoga, I have experience with pregnant students.

My particular interest in yoga practice lies in the breath, introspection and exploration of the self.
