What awaits you in my group classes
As a yoga teacher, I:
create a safe space for my students
provide them with tools to explore their practice
encourage them to embark on a journey of self-discovery
My classes are suitable for every body, every gender and every age. You don’t need to be flexible, female, slim, or young to join my classes. However, my classes are not for everyone. In particular, they are not suited for people looking for occasional wellness or feel-good yoga.
My classes are for those who understand that there are no quick fixes, that trends come and go, but that consistency and discipline bring steady progress, and that change can be subtle yet profoundly deep.
In my yoga asana practice, the focus is on cultivating an inner state of awareness, strength, and connection with yourself, thereby creating space for deep transformation. I place no emphasis on “flexibility” or achieving a “yoga body.” At the heart of my Hatha classes are mindful attention to the breath, powerful asanas, and a moderate pace. I will not push you into contortions; instead, I will guide you toward becoming stronger and more resilient in your body, as well as more focused, balanced, and calm in your mind.
My only prerequisite is that you are willing to look inward and spend time with yourself.
My weekly program offers a variety of classes with different focuses, available in-studio in German. For English please check my library of classes on Youtube
