What awaits you in my group classes
As a yoga teacher, I:
create a safe space for my students
provide them with tools to explore their practice
encourage them to embark on a journey of self-discovery
You don’t need to be flexible, female, slim, or young to join my classes. My only prerequisite is that you are ready to look inward and dedicate time to connecting with yourself.

For me, yoga asana practice is not about perfecting the physical shape but about cultivating an inner state of awareness and connection with oneself. In my classes, I teach students to move consciously with their breath and become fully present in their bodies. I won’t push you into contortions but will guide you toward greater strength and resilience in your body, as well as focus, balance, and calm in your spirit.

My weekly program offers a variety of classes with different focuses, available both online and in-studio, in English and German.
PRACTICE YOGA WITH ME
Mondays 7:05 - 8:00 pm
POWER YOGA
Fitnesspark, Stadelhofen Zurich
A great way to conclude the workday. This class supports your body tone by focusing on strengthening the legs, core, and shoulders. At the same time, it is still yoga, which allows your mind to become calm, focused, and relaxed. The class takes place in German and is open to all levels of experience.
every two weeks Tuesdays 9:00 - 9:45 am
MORNING HATHA PRACTICE
online, starting September 2nd 2025
This is my online English offering, meant to complement my in-studio classes and serve as a stand-alone practice for those who cannot join me in Zurich. Classes can be attended live and are also available as recordings. It is a short and intense practice to support both body and spirit.
Wednesdays 8:00 - 9:15 pm
BREATH FOCUSED HATHA YOGA
Downdog, Stauffacher Zurich
The most classical of my offerings, this class is for those who have made yoga a part of their lives and are committed to regular practice and continuous progress. It provides great support and serves as a weekly anchor in the practitioner's life. The class generally takes place in German and requires an entry-level of experience (5-10 beginner classes or a couple of private sessions). Entry is possible at any time.
Sundays monthly 6:00 - 7:30 pm
YIN YOGA
Downdog, Stauffacher Zurich
This complementary practice focuses on the connective tissue of the body and deep relaxation of the mind. It is particularly useful for practitioners with stiff bodies and those with restless minds. The class takes place in German and requires no previous experience.

Breath guidance throughout the class
(except in Yin Yoga)
No music, so you can focus
on your own presence

Pauses to let the practice sink in and feel
Clear verbal cueing and
some soft hand assistance
(I ask permission to touch you in advance)

Every class ends with shavasana
(final relaxation),
a short pranayama
(breath exercise)
and some moments in stillness
