Move with the breath, practice classic asanas
My classes follow the same structure, but each one has its own focus.
Every class starts with a couple of moments of grounding and establishing the connection between breath and movement.
There follows a sequence of sun salutations to activate and warm up. Then we dedicate our time to a succession of different asanas. This part of the practice is the most engaging and strong one.
The class continues by slowing down. Ultimately we find ourselves lying on our backs in the final relaxation, after which we take our time for a pranayama and a final moment of sitting in stillness. We invite a meditative state and conclude the class with gratitude.

All interested mit basic experience in Hatha Yoga are welcome.

Come 10min before the start of the class into the studio (minimal requirement: be punctual at 8:00pm on the mat)
